AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA

APPROVING CODE AMENDMENT CA 97-002 AMENDING

SECTION .5809-13 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE

PERTAINING TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS: there is heretofore been initiated by the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of Pomona a proposed Code Amendment to mend Section .5809-13 Historic Preservation pertaining to development standards for historic preservation citywide;

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pomona, has, after giving notice thereof as required by law, held a public hearing concerning requested Code Amendment CA97-002;

WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully considered all pertinent testimony and the staff report offered in the case presented at the public hearing.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
